    A one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition is not effective. When we work together, I use my extensive experience and comprehensive dietitian training to provide education, resources, and clarity catered to your desired outcomes. Your individualized plan will be holistic, sustainable, and structured.

    What’s Included:

    • Comprehensive 60-minute Initial Assessment deep dive in which I get to know you and begin to craft your personalized plan

    • 3 months of 1:1 sessions combining nutrition coaching, education, and lifestyle audit. We will dive deep into your patterns, needs, and goals. Detailed follow-up emails with resources and review will be provided after each session

    • Dietary review of current eating habits

    • Unlimited email communication for greater accountability and connection in between sessions

    • Meal and snack ideas

    • Recipe book and cooking education

    • Support with grocery shopping

    • Meal preparation and planning strategies

    • Custom resources created for you depending on your needs

    What’s the investment?

    Investment in 1:1 Coaching is $499/month. After 3 months, you and I will discuss what continuing to work together will look like based on your goals!
