Disordered Eating and Addiction Recovery Support

As a registered dietitian with nearly 10 years of outpatient experience supporting those with disordered eating and eating disorders, I am passionate about the importance of 1:1 support to those seeking recovery. If you experience disordered eating or simply desire a healthier relationship with food, we will work together to identify your unique needs and re-learn your body’s signals. I work to empower all of my clients with food freedom, flexibility, and enjoyment through a non-diet approach to nutrition.

Individual counseling specific to eating disorders and disordered eating involves a comprehensive 90 minute initial assessment which will allow me to gather detailed information about your overall health, your current goals, and your relationship to food. We will dive into topics including your medical history, sleep patterns, dieting history, and your relationship with exercise. Together, we will create an individualized plan to establish nourishment and movement patterns that support your long term goals.

Follow up sessions are generally 30-60 minutes. These sessions will act as a space for me to provide you with education, ongoing accountability, and support. Recovery is a fluid process and these sessions will shift based on your needs and focus.

Due to licensure laws, I am able to provide support for disordered eating to residents of the following states: Washington, North Carolina, California, Colorado, Arizona, Indiana, Michigan, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, and/or Virginia.
